He was polite, professional, and came quickly. My young daughter was house sitting and went to let the dog out. The back door closed and locked behind her leaving her locked out in a strange neighborhood with a dog. When we called they dispatched them quickly and he was so kind. We would recommend this service to all of our friends and family.
